MDP 3D Printing

MDP 3D Printing is a family-run hobby business passionate about creating customized 3D-printed figures that tell meaningful stories. Founded by Matt—a Royal Navy veteran with 25 years of service—our work blends military pride, creativity, and a love for hands-on craftsmanship.

After retiring from the RN, Matt now balances his IT consultancy career with 3D printing (and the occasional cycling adventure). Drawing from his time in and around the Armed Forces, each military figure is crafted with a personal touch—customized down to the rank, branch, draft, and even medal ribbons—to reflect the individual behind the uniform.

This is truly a family effort: Matt leads the printing and graphic design, Gabriella adds her creative flair, Liam manages the website and social media, and Joedy ensures every figure passes quality control with a final polish.

At MDP, every figure is more than a model—it’s a tribute.
