What material are the figures made from?
Our figures are 3D printed using high-quality PLA or PLA+ filament. These biodegradable plastics are made from renewable resources like corn starch and are popular for their strength, detail quality, and eco-friendliness.
What’s the difference between PLA and PLA+?
PLA+ is an enhanced version of standard PLA. It offers better durability, improved surface finish, and slightly more flexibility—making it ideal for more intricate or longer-lasting pieces.
Are the figures durable?
Yes! While PLA and PLA+ are strong materials, they’re best suited for decorative or display purposes rather than rough handling. We recommend keeping them away from high heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.
Can I choose between PLA and PLA+?
By default, we use PLA+ for most figures due to its superior strength and finish. However, if you have a specific preference, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to accommodate.
Are the figures safe for children?
Our figures are not intended as toys and may contain small parts. They’re best suited as decorative keepsakes or display items.
Can I request a specific colour or finish?
Absolutely! We offer a range of colour options and can discuss custom finishes depending on your design. Just let us know what you have in mind when placing your order.
How should I care for my 3D printed figure?
Keep your figure in a cool, dry place. Avoid excessive heat or moisture, and gently dust or wipe with a soft, dry cloth if needed.
Do you offer repairs or reprints?
If your figure arrives damaged or you encounter an issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
How does the order process work?
Because each figure is made-to-order and fully customized, production typically takes 7–14 days from final design approval. After placing your order, we’ll send you a digital mock-up to review. Once you’re happy and give the go-ahead, we’ll begin printing.
Will I get to see the design before it’s printed?
Yes! We provide a digital mock-up of your custom figure for approval before starting production. This ensures you’re completely satisfied with the design and details.
