Returns & Refunds Policy

At MDP 3D Printing, every figure is made-to-order with care and attention to your custom specifications. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we have a tailored returns and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

Custom Orders

As all figures are customized and individually crafted, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the mock-up has been approved and production has begun.

Order Review & Approval

Before printing, we send a digital mock-up of your figure for your approval. We ask that you review this carefully and confirm that all details are correct. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your figure arrives damaged or doesn’t match your approved design:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• If the error is on our end or the item was damaged in transit, we’ll either offer a reprint or refund depending on the situation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• The item was never received due to an error on our end.
• The item was received damaged (with proof provided).
• The final product differs significantly from the approved design.

Non-Refundable Items

• Orders where the design was approved and printed correctly.
• Minor aesthetic differences due to the nature of 3D printing or PLA/PLA+ materials.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors outside our control.
